Monty serves as the director of Student Venture Riverside County (34 years). Each year they work with 2500+ teenagers and their families, on 32 local public school campuses. Monty believes there’s no segment of society that has greater potential for impacting the world than teenagers. They combine the best of zeal, commitment, creative thinking, energy and idealism. Monty regularly speaks at international, national and local youth conferences. He trains pastors and youth pastors internationally.
